This snowy day made for good action in our small areas for my dedicated "all weather" hunter friend from San Antonio, TX.

Over the holiday break we were privileged to bird hunt with young people.  Pictured is a group combined together from near Nashville, TN, Durant, OK and Seminole, OK.

Tulsa, Norman, and Granite, OK represented here.  These fine hunters have joined with us four straight years now.  We are finding them birds so they keep coming back! 

This was a fun day!  We finished early at 2:30 pm with a field that yielded 13 cocks in two hours!  Limit out early enough to leisurely clean up and enjoy a big meal in town and get ready for day two.  This was a joined group with members from Sapulpa, OK, Texas, and Colorado.

Two Father-Son teams were combined for this hunt.  One from Tulsa, OK, the other from Ada, OK

The same opening group the second day with eight inches of snow on the ground! They found that tracking pheasants in the snow was a great experience.
